Things couldn't be sweeter for our customers with delivery to anywhere in the UK absolutely FREE*.

The despatch of your purchase should take place within 24 hours of receiving any web orders paid for by card. Special delivery orders must be made before 12:00 mid-day to be delivered before 17:00 the following working day. Otherwise it will be despatched on the next working day. If payment is by cheque or postal order then despatch will occur once the payment has cleared (generally 7 to 10 days for cheques).

Delivery will normally take 2 to 5 working days after you have received your order confirmation, though extreme locations and orders in the Christmas period may take a few days longer. A signature may also be required upon delivery of the goods, though this will be dependent upon the value of the goods being delivered.

European and International delivery times may take considerably longer (we use the Royal Mail Airmail service). Please contact us if you have any queries regarding approximate delivery times.

If you are interested in purchasing items but you are located outside of the UK and the destination country does not appear on the Location list (on the Check Out page) then please drop us an email and we will happily discuss delivery arrangements.

Items purchased can be returned for an exchange or a refund if they are received at Board180.com within 14 days of delivery to the customers address. Products must be returned in the original packaging with any tags still attached, along with your returns number. Soiled goods (dirty, smelling of smoke etc) will not be refunded.

Every order is double checked before being packaged. However, if there should prove to be a fault with an item delivered then Board180.com will compensate you fully for any charges made for the return postage of faulty items.

To obtain your returns number please contact a Sales Representative by phone on    07855739578 . We will need your order number along with details of the item you wish to return. If you do not have these details available then pass on as much information as possible and we will endeavour to allocate a returns number to you within 48 hours. Please do not post any items to Board180.com before obtaining a returns number.

For your own protection we advise you to return any items via an insured method of delivery which requires a signature. Board180.com are not responsible for items that are not received.

Upon receiving the returned item we will contact the customer to verify if a refund or exchange is required. In the case of a refund the credit card used for the transaction will be credited, and no other. If the purchase was made by cheque or postal order then a cheque will be returned. A cheque will also be used if the credit card used for the original purchase is no longer active. The customer will be notified of their returns status at this time by a Sales Representative.
